A working index of technical interests, small builds, research notes, and creative studies by ookamitai.
I’m ookamitai, a technical creator interested in the space between computation and creative practice.
I build and study experimental systems around artificial intelligence, graphics, software, and sound. Current interests include machine learning, local language-model systems, generative tools, graphics programming, reverse engineering, open-source software, rhythm games, and music production.
I prefer small systems that can be inspected, understood, and changed. Much of my work begins as a question: how does this behave, what is hidden underneath it, and what happens if the parts are rearranged?
This site is a working index rather than a complete résumé.
Selected workstreams and technical studies. Public source and longer notes are linked when available.

Observations on latency, memory use, output behavior, and practical constraints.
Task-dependent
Iterating
Available compute
Small prototypes exploring where generative models are useful, predictable, or limited.
Music is another form of systems work: timing, structure, texture, and controlled variation.
My musical interests center on rhythm-game composition, Artcore, Jazz Fusion, UTAU, and sound design. I’m interested in how dense arrangements remain readable, how rhythm creates physical momentum, and how synthetic voices acquire character.

Sketches and releases will be indexed here when they are ready for public listening.
Smaller investigations that do not need to become products—tools and studies built to answer one question.
